I am a regular I always get a sausage sandwhich for my partner and I decided to get a breakfast for myself to takeaway The food was really tasty Nice runny eggs and hot beans I also got a Frappuccino biscof it was tasty Price was brilliant. The family are so welcoming friendly and I would 100 percent reccomned this place for takeaway or eat in.

I used to frequent this place years ago when I moved to Heworth. I now live on the other side of the city but was in the area today and I wanted to try it again and I am pleased that I did , as the food was even better. I don't know what the moaning is about in some of the comments , the ladies working there are concentrating and very hard working, some people don't stand grinning like a cheshire cat all day when they have a busy workload. This is one of my favourite breakfast places in York. Not just because of the generous portions and very reasonable prices, but because it’s nice and clean cafe as well. I strongly recommend to try if you are in the area.
Good price and service. Worth the stop for the breakfast wrap. Very good coffee.

Always great breakfasts, sandwiches made to order, nice friendly staff, good value for money. It's clean and bright and they make a great cuppa. There's not much on street parking, but there's a car park in front of the Jaipur Spice restaurant that the public can pay for during the day. It's only a minutes walk away.

Superb value for money, plus a very warm welcome from the ladies behind the counter! A special "Thank You" to the lovely Maria for her kindness and consideration towards me. Just back from paying my respects to a friend who lost a loved one... Will definitely call in again next time I'm in the area.... 💯 Per cent recommended!

The best sandwich shop I have been to in the world. Amazing, affordable prices and MASSIVE portion sizes. The actual produce is tasty and excellent quality. On top of that, the staff are very hospitable people and cater for gluten free. I'm addicted.
I'm a regular customer at Goodfillers, always great food and great prices. All the staff are friendly and polite. The two bosses work very hard and that is reflected in the quality of their food. I was recently served by a young girl with brown hair who had excellent customer service and made sure everything was how I wanted it - definite future management material. Also I recommend the ham and cheese toasties!
After being on the road for 2 months filming for Channel 4’s Hunted the first place I go to is Goodfillas. I always find the staff really friendly, the food is excellent and the new Frappes are highly recommended. The keyboard warrior negative reviews are ludicrous and clearly they are having a bad day to leave an extremely inaccurate review. Take no notice and head over there, you will be glad you did.

Great local sandwich shop with breakfast and hot sandwiches as well as all the old favorites, wraps and jacket potato's etc. Cold drinks and hot (a nice looking coffee machine) Can't go wrong (the Breakfast Wrap is delicious and very filling, worth a try!)
